Authors of Technical Papers

To be published in the IFIP/IEEE NOMS 2020 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

 

Workshop Authors

To be published in the IFIP/IEEE NOMS 2020 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the workshop that their paper is in at the appropriate full rate listed below (not the student rate). The paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the workshop unless the IFIP/IEEE NOMS TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one workshop registration is valid for up to 3 workshop papers on that workshop day. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®. If you also have a paper in the main conference you must register for both the conference and the workshop.

All authors of Technical, Experience, Posters, Demo, Dissertation session papers must register as Full Conference Registration - for the three days - or higher rate. This means that at least one author has to have a full (non-student) registration for the conference. Since the Mini-conference is on Monday and Friday, at least one author for each Mini-conference paper has to have a full (non-student), 5 days registration.

Full Conference Registration Includes: 
Access to all IFIP/IEEE NOMS Technical Sessions, Keynotes, Conference Proceedings, Tutorials; if an author, presentation up to three (3) papers or demos,

Full Conference & Workshops/Tutorials (All-Inclusive, 5 Days) Registration Includes:
Access to all Keynotes, Technical Sessions, Demos, Exhibitions, Conference Proceedings, Mini-conference, Tutorials and Workshops sessions and copy of the tutorial notes if any, and workshop proceedings.

One Day Registration Includes:
Access to all Sessions on the selected conference day.

Cancellation Policy

There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund. You can modify or cancel your registration using the "Already Registered?" link on the registration site.
